To order Health Vitality brands at wholesale, retailers will need to create an account with Health Vitality.

When you have completed this form we will get back to you with details of your account. You will not be able to review wholesale pricing until your account has been set up.
Please note: Account set up may take up to 24 hours.

Once Health Vitality team have reviewed your registration, we will contact you in regards to pricing and terms on our site. 

In some cases, we will offer payment terms however we may also require payment upon placing your order.

The MOQ for all Health Vitality products is 1 Shipper, quantities are provided on each individual product page.
